Penalty for keeping a bull in contravention of this Act or rules or without or in contravention of licence.

Whoever in contravention of this Act or any rule or order made under this Act or of any terms, conditions or restrictions of a licence keeps a bull shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees.
