Telephone facilities.

(1) Where a member has a telephone installed at the place where he ordinarily resides or at any other place in the State of Gujarat which is also used by him for residence, the rental charges in respect of such telephone shall be borne by the State Government. (2) There shall be paid to every member a sum of Rs. 7,000 per month to meet with the telephone expenses including that of the mobile phone.
