Other laws relating to acquisition and requisitioning of property to continue.

For removal of doubt, it is hereby declared that the provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of the Bombay Requisitioned Property (Continuance of Powers ) (Saurashtra Area) Act, 1958 or of any law relating to acquisition or requisitioning of property for the time being in force in the State of Gujarat or any part thereof.
