Chapter IV PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF PROGRAMMES

1. (1) The Board shall, once every year, prepare annual programme of work in such form and at such time of the year as may be prescribed and submit the same to the State Government for approval.
2. (2) The programme shall contain-
   • (a) particulars of the scheme which the Board proposes to execute whether in part or whole during the next year;
   • (b) particulars of any work undertaken which the Board proposes to execute during the next year for the purposes of carrying out its functions under this Act; and
   • (c) such other particulars as may be prescribed.

The State Government may approve and sanction the annual programme in whole or with such modifications as it deems fit.

The Board may prepare and submit a supplementary programme for the sanction of the State Government in such form and before such date as the State Government may prescribe and the provisions of section 17 shall apply to such supplementary programme.
