Short title and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Gujarat Industrial Professional Medical Educational Colleges or Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fees) Act, 2007.

(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
