-1 13. Repeal and saving
- (1) On the commencement of this Act, the Gujarat Higher Secondary Schools Services Tribunal Ordinance, 1983 (Guj. Ord. 2 of 1983) shall stand repealed.
- (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
