Chapter VII PROVISIONS RELATING TO MEMBERS OF COUNCILS

On occurrence of any vacancy in the office of a member by reason of death, resignation or any other reason, the same shall be filled in by the authority nominating him in the manner provided in section 22 or, as the case may be, section 23.
