Inspecting Officers

Statutory text
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint any persons as it thinks fit, having the prescribed qualifications to be Inspectors for the purpose of this Act.
(2)Every Inspector shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
