Appointment of committees and delegation of functions and powers

23. (1)

1. (a) The Commission may appoint one or more committees consisting of not more than five of its members or members of a Council or both, for performing such of the functions or for exercising such of its powers as may be delegated by it.
2. (b) The Commission shall, while appointing a committee under clause (a), designate one member of the committee as the Chairperson of the committee.

1. (2) The committee shall meet at such time and place, and shall observe such rules of procedure with regard to transaction of its business at the meeting as may be determined by it.
