Members, officers and employees of Commission to be public servants

The Executive Chairperson, member, officer and employee of the Commission shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or of any rules or regulations made thereunder, be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
