Statutory text
(1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, declare any drug to be a drug to which this Act applies. (2) If the State Government is satisfied that a drug is used in a manner injurious to health, the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify such drug as notified drug.
