Second Appeal

(1) A person aggrieved by an order of the Appellate officer made under section 15, may prefer a second appeal within a period of 30 days from the date of the order passed by the Appellate officer, along with such fees and such proceedings as may be prescribed. (2) The second appeal shall be filed before the Water Appellate Authority constituted under section 17, following such procedure as may be prescribed by the state Government in consultation with the water Appellate Authority and pass an order as it may deem fit. (3) The Water Appellate Authority shall have same powers as that a civil court.
