Statutory text
(1) The Court of Wards may appoint guardians for the care of the persons of Government wards whose persons are, for the time being, under its superintendence. (2) In appointing a guardian under this section, the Court of Wards shall be guided by the provisions of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890.
