Accounts and audit.

1. (1) The accounts of the closed textile undertaking shall be maintained, and audited in such manner as may be prescribed for the period beginning on the appointed day and ending on the date on which the closed textile undertaking is transferred to and vested in the State Textile Corporation.
2. (2) The provisions of sub-section
3. (1) shall apply to the State Textile Corporation in respect of the closed textile undertaking transferred to and vested in it, as they apply to the management of any other textile undertaking under its control.
