Definitions.

In this act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context, (a) ''prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act; (b) "President" means the President of the Tribunal; (c) "Tribunal" means the Gujarat Revenue Tribunal constituted under section 3.
