Repeal of certain Statutes and Ordinances.

On the commencement of the Gujarat Ayurved University (Amendment) Act, 2003, — (i) the Standing Managing Committee shall be known as the Board of Post-Graduate Teaching and Research, and (ii) the Statute 180 and the Ordinances 148 to 157 and any other Statutes or Ordinances relating to the said committee shall stand repealed.
