Amendment of section 6A of Bom. LXXII of 1954

In the Gujarat Animal Preservation Act, 1954 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act"), in section 6A, for sub-section (4), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:- "(4) The vehicle or any conveyance so seized under sub-section
- (3) shall stand forfeited to Government in the manner as may be prescribed.".
