Only intact dead bodies without any type of mutilation can be accepted for embalming and for teaching purpose.

Disposal of dead body 10. If any of the approved institutes does not accept a dead body as provided in section 9 or after the use of it for the purposes specified in this Act, the same shall be disposed of or caused to be disposed by it in the manner as may be prescribed.
