Chapter XIII TRANSITORY PROVISIONS
Statutory text
Notwithstanding anything contained in section 10, the first Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the State Government as soon as practicable after the date of commencement of this Act for a period not exceeding two years and on such terms and conditions as the State Government thinks fit.
