Exemption from legislations relating to money lending and relief of agricultural indebtedness.

Statutory text
Nothing in the Bombay Money-lenders Act, 1946 or any other law relating to money lending and money-lenders or in any law relating to relief of agricultural indebtedness for the time being in force shall apply to financial assistance avalied of by an agriculturist from a bank.
