The Gujarat University Act, 1949 (Bom. 50 of 1949).

(1) In section 51A, in sub-section (1), the words "an affiliated college and" shall be deleted.

(2) In section 52A,-

(1) in sub-section (1), the words "an affiliated college or" shall be deleted;

(2) in the marginal note, the words, ''affiliated college or" shall be deleted.
