Definitions.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—

1. (a) “Board” means the Goa Services Board constituted under section 3 of this Act;
2. (b) “Chairperson” means the Chairperson of the Board;
3. (c) “Competent Authority” means the Chief Minister of the State of Goa;
4. (d) “Government” means the Government of Goa;
5. (e) “member” means a member of the Board;
6. (f) “Official Gazette” means the Official Gazette of the Government.
