The Goa Tourist Places (Protection and Maintenance) Act, 2001 (Goa Act 56 of 2001) [5–9–2001] AN ACT to protect and maintain the tourist places from deterioration and erosion and preserve their tourism potential. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Goa in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India, as follows:—
