Chapter II ESTABLISHMENT, CONDUCT OF BUSINESS AND

- (1) There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of the following:— (a)Person to be appointed by the — Chairman State Government or in his absence Additional Chief Engineer (Irrigation Project) (b)Joint Managing Director of the— Vice-Chairman Corporation (c)Chief Accounts and— Member Finance Officer of the Corporation (d)Executive Engineer, Works— Member- Division-VIIISecretary
- (2) The powers, functions and duties of the Executive Committee shall be such as may be laid down by regulations.
