The Goa Tax on Infrastructure Act, 2009 (Goa Act 20 of 2009) [28-08-2009] AN ACT to consolidate and amend the law relating to levy and collection of tax on buildings for infrastructure in the State of Goa. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa in the Sixtieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
