The Goa Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2025 (Goa Act 23 of 2025) AN ACT [19/09/2025] to provide for the regulation of conditions of employment and other conditions of service of workers employed in shops, commercial establishments, residential hotels, restaurants, eating houses, theatres, other places of public amusement or entertainment and other establishments and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa in the Seventy-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
