Short title and commencement.—
- (1) This Act may be called the Goa Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Category (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of Caste Certificate) Act, 2023.
- (2) It shall come into force on such date, as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
