Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Goa (Regulation of Land Development and Building Construction) Act, 2008.
- (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Goa.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 2nd day of September, 2007.
