Functions of the Board.

The Board shall performs the following functions, namely:—

1. (a) advise the Government on matters concerning the administration, management, conservation and use of public records;
2. (b) lay down guidelines for training of Archivists;
3. (c) give directions for acquisition of records from private custody;
4. (d) deal with such other matters as may be prescribed.
