Short title and commencement.

- (1) This Act may be called the Goa Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1988.
- (2) It extends to the whole of Goa.
- (3) If shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30th day of May, 1987.
