Disqualification for membership of the authority.

A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any authority of the University, if he,

1. (i) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court;
2. (ii) is an undischarged insolvent;
3. (iii) has been convicted of any offense involving moral turpitude;
4. (iv) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere;
5. (v) has any profit motive from University; and
6. (vi) applies University fund for his personal use.
