Amendment of section 39

Amendment of section 39.— In section 39 of the principal Act,—

1. (a) in sub-section (1), for the word "two hundred and fifty", the words "five hundred" shall be substituted;
2. (b) in sub-section (2), for the words "five hundred", the words "one thousand" shall be substituted.
