The Goa Members of Legislative Assembly (Removal of Disqualification) Act, 2005

AN
ACT to provide for the removal of certain disqualifications for being chosen as, and for being, a member of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Goa.
BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
