Appeal.

Statutory text
- (1) Any person whose application for a licence under this Act is refused and any person aggrieved by any order made under this Act, may prefer an appeal to the appellate authority.
- (2) Every such appeal shall be preferred within ninety days from the date of the order referred to in sub-section (1) in such manner and on payment of such fees as may be prescribed from time to time.
- (3) The order of the appellate authority on such appeal shall be final. CHAPTER - III Inspection
