(1) An order under sub-section (1) of section 24 shall be published by affixture of a copy of such order on the notice board of the Office of the Canal-Officer and by causing affixture of copies of such orders on the notice board of the Office of the Mamlatdar of Taluka and the Officer of the Village Panchayats of the villages concerned.
(2) The Canal-Officer shall determine the areas of land or portions of the wet lands in the irrigable area of a Canal to be cultivated with any crops specified in sub-section (1) of section 24 in any year, within two months before the commencement of sowing operations for the cultivation of such crop or crops.
