1) The Goa, Daman & Diu (Absorbed Employees) Act, 1965 (Act No. 50 of 1965 Central Act) [22-12-1965] published in the Government of India Gazette dated 23-12-1965 & G.D.D. Government Gazette, Series I No. 43 dated 21-1-1966. The Act came into force with effect from 22.12.1965. 2) The Goa Absorbed Employees (Amendment) Act, 1988 (Act No. 3 of 1989) published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 51 dated 23-3-1989 and came into force at once. 3) The Goa, Daman and Diu (Absorbed Employees Conditions of Service) Rules, 1965. 4) The Goa, Daman and Diu (Absorbed Employees Conditions of Service (Amendment) Rules, 1967 published in the Official Gazette, Series-I No. 46 dated 15-2-1968.
