The Goa Land Use (Regulation) Act, 1991 (Goa Act 3 of 1991) [12-4-1991] AN ACT to provide for regulation of use of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa in the Forty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows: —
