Short title, extent and commencement.

Preliminary

1. (1) This Act may be called the Goa Investment Promotion and Facilitation of Single Window Clearance Act, 2021.
2. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Goa.
3. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 26th day of June, 2021.
