Validity of proceedings

Statutory text
(1) Vacancy in the Board[Council] shall not vitiate any act or proceedings of the Board. (2) Disqualification of member or defect in the election or nomination of member of the Board[Council] and/or of the Chairman or Vice-Chairman shall vitiate any act or proceeding of the Board[Council]in which such person has taken part.
