Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Goa Erection of Shacks on Public Beaches (Regulation and Control) Act, 2024.
- (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Goa.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of March, 2024.
