The Goa Electricity Duty Act, 1986 (Act No. 7 of 1986) [8-10-1986] AN ACT

To provide for the levy of a duty on consumption of electrical energy in the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the levy of a duty on consumption of electrical energy in the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu; Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa, Daman and Diu in the Thirty- seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
