The Goa (Authority for Use of Eyes for Therapeutic Purposes) Act, 1980 (Act No. 14 of 1981) AN ACT to provide for the use of eyes of deceased persons for therapeutic purposes and for matters connected therewith. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa in the Thirty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
