The Goa (Abolition of Proprietorships, Titles and Grants of Lands) Act, 2014 (Goa Act 8 of 2014) [15-08-2014] AN ACT to provide for the abolition of proprietorship of lands, titles, grant of lands in the State of Goa and for matters connected therewith. BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Goa in the Sixty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
