Statutory text
- (1) The Finance Committee shall consist of:- (a) Vice Chancellor - Chairman; (b) the Finance Officer – Secretary; (c) the Registrar; (d) One person nominated by the Sponsor; (2) The Finance Committee shall be the principal financial body of the University to take care of financial matters and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, Statutes and Rules, co-ordinate and exercise general supervision over the financial matters of the University.
