Be it enacted by the Legi^lative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Forty-fifth year of the Republic of India as follows :

1. (1) This Act may by called the Punjab Courts (Delhi Amendment) Act, 1994. (2) It shall come into force on such date as may be notified in the Official Gazette by the Govern ment of the National Gapital Territory of Delhi in this behalf.
