THE PROVINCIAL SMALL CAUSE COURTS (DELHI AMENDMENT) ACT, 1995 (DELHI ACT NO. 8 OF 1996) (As passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi)

AN ACT

To amend the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 as applicable to the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Forty Seventh Year of Republic of India as follows:--
