Amendment of Section 14.-In the Principal Act, in Section 14, for sub-section (8), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely :- "(8) Every meeting of the Executive Council shall be presided over by the Vice-Chancellor and in his absence by a member chosen by the members present." .
