1. Short title, extent and commencement.

(1) This Act may be called the Indian Stamp (Delhi Amendment) Act, 2007. (2) It extends to the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi may, by notification in the Delhi Gazette, appoint.
2. Amendment to the Indian Stamp Act, 1899
