Statutory text
- (1) Every dealer liable to pay tax under this Act, shall keep at his place of business a true account in the manner and form as may be prescribed. (2) All other provisions relating to accounts, inspection, search and seizure as prescribed in Delhi Sales Tax Act shall apply mutatis mutandis.
