Delegation of Commissioner's power

Subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be prescribed, the Commissioner may, by order in writing, delegate any of this powers, sanctions and duties under this Act except that under sub-section (7) of section 18 to any officer not below the rank of an Assistant Sales Tax Officer.
